RD-265: the first car radio with RDS system and double tuner

Today, people spend a lot of time in their cars. Long-distance commuting and traffic jams are an everyday issue and the car radio is a great travelling companion.
Car radios using the Radio Data System (RDS) can choose the best of alternative frequencies (AF), display the program service (PS) name according to program identity (PI) and temporarily switch to stations giving travel announcements (TA and TP).
Roadstar launched its first RDS model years ago, like the one shown at left.
